Just Dance

Your dance is the Life
Living.
Your dance is for all the generations to come.
Your dance is for the ones that came before.
Dance
‘Til all semblance of ‘you’ is lost.
Dance
‘Til you merge with the muzik.
Dance
‘Til you know there was never two.
Dance
Until ‘you’ disappear.
Dance
Until ‘you’ Become.
Dance
Until you know your Holy Self.
Dance
Until You come Home.
‘Til then…
Just dance.

  1. Dancing – thank you so much!! – I’ve been dancing all my life and love dancing so much. I found out about the healing power in “death walking” when I dance for departing souls out in nature or at home in my “green room”. Dancing is so powerful. Dancing is the sacrifice I bring as a gift from myself, my true self, when I want to give a present to someone.

I’ve got a little sign (sorry, I don’t know who said the words) that’s saying:

Life isn’t about waiting for the storm to pass – it’s about learing to dance in the rain…

I love it and follow this every day…

    With lots of Love,
    Natali

  2. Oh yes! As a trained dancer in many styles, and a dancer by nature, I can only say yay!
Semi disabled by myasthenia gravis, I spend most of my time on the couch.
Today watching African hip hop dancing on YouTube, I danced while lying down.
