  1. Thanks for the steps to start yoga. I will surely follow the tips you have mentioned. I have newly joined the yoga classes. However, it seems difficult to pose every step but I know it takes some time to follow it in routine. And I love the first tip, as it is often the most overlooked in the Yoga world, and yet it is so important.

  2. Hi this looks great. That said there is one that I can’t do yet…….the Eagle pose. I maybe able to get to doing this eventually but right now………. I fall over. So is there a way to learn how to do this and not fall over.
